2. Non-Returnable Products

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

• An unboxing video, if available.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, in accordance with applicable law and product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bark N Baby will communicate the applicable return shipping arrangements.

For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, where permitted by law.

Please do not ship any product back without receiving return instructions from our team.
